Well, thanks to my bro, I'm back, No selfdestruct, no jumpin' (thanks to
OMC). This is somethin' I imagined after listening to a CD...

 Sonic strumed his eletric guitar. He headbanged a little:"DadannannataDA!!!"
 
 Lyric set the amp for the other insturments, and also got his own ready.
 
 All the other members of the band knew what they were playing.
 
 All except Sonia, the drummer. 

 She'd gotten the piece today, and played it a couple of times. It had good
rythym to it, and it was catchy. She'd been tapping her foot to the thing all
evening. Sonia fliped the collor of her 'Freedomfish' jacket. They were a
band that played sometimes, but usuallly the players belong to other FF
bands. But this was a special band:

 Because David Kintobor _sang_.

 He was a good tenor himself, and he and Sonia's alto usually sounded like
angel's music. And Sonia loved him for it. She ajusted her glasses and
wiggled slightly in her seat.

 Davey walked on the stage. The fans roared, but the cyber-fox raised his
hands for silence,"Hey, all you luck citizens of Knothole!"Some
'hoo-hoo-hoo's were heard with 
'Gooooo Davey's! He raised his hands again. 

 "I wanna thank you all for bein' here! Now, tonight, our song will be
deticated to the 3rd month annivery of me goin' out with Sonia, our deticated
drummer over there." He pointed aside to the surpised hedgehog."Let's give
her a hand, huh?She's put up with me!"

 A round of applause and a round of laugher came from the fighters.

 "And know, with out further ado...hit it!"

 The down beat started, and the Fox began to sing.

 'You and me, we come from other worlds,
 You like to laugh at me when I look at other girls
 Some time's drive ya crazy,
 And ya wonder why,
 I'm such a baby, yeah, the dolphins make me cry,
 But there's nothin' I can do, I've been lookin' for a girl like you-uu....'


 The song went on for a while more. Sonia couldn't surpress the happiness she
felt in side. At the last downbeat of the music, she got up and bowed. As the
clapping persisted, Sonia ran up to Davey.

 "Happy annivcery, Suni."Davey pulled a silver chain with a fox pendant from
his pocket.
Sonia gasped, and hugged him. 

She kissed him on the cheek."And here's yours." Sonia pulled a large man's
ring from her pocket. It was gold with a ruby and amythyst accents all over. 

"Red-you, Purple-Me,"She explained, pointing at the ring.

 "Thanks, Suni."

 "Ditto David."

 Suni hugged the large fox and sang out to the audince,"Is that _all_ we have
for Mr. Kintobor?!??!"

 "NOOO!"The people shot back

 "Huh...?
 
 Sonic and Lyric tipped a bucket of ice cold water on the two tall freedom
fighters. 

 "ACKK!" 

 "Woo-hoo!" Sonia kissed the water off his face."Thanks for the song, Dave."

 "Thanks for the water, Suni." He picked some of her wet hair out of
his."Well, this was fun."

 "It sure was!"

 The laughed and walked hand in hand of into the sunset.
